Parkour is the physical discipline of training to overcome any obstacle within one's path by adapting one's movements to the environment.

  • Parkour requires... consistent, disciplined training with an emphasis on functional strength, physical conditioning, balance, creativity, fluidity, control, precision, spatial awareness, and looking beyond the traditional use of objects.
  • Parkour movements typically include... running, jumping, vaulting, climbing, balancing, and quadrupedal movement. Movements from other physical disciplines are often incorporated, but acrobatics or tricking alone do not constitute parkour.
  • Parkour training focuses on... safety, longevity, personal responsibility, and self-improvement. It discourages reckless behavior, showing off, and dangerous stunts.
  • Parkour practitioners value... community, humility, positive collaboration, sharing of knowledge, and the importance of play in human life, while demonstrating respect for all people, places, and spaces.

 

To create this definition, American Parkour asked the entire national community for their personal definition of parkour. It was edited into this final version by a committee of American Parkour employees and people outside of American Parkour to ensure that it was truly a community effort.

پارکور چیست؟


پارکور مجموعه قواعدی است برای پروش بدن به گونه ای  که فرد به کمک آنها بتواند با سازگار کردن حرکات خود با محیط بر موانعی که بر سر راهش قرار دارد، غلبه کند.

پارکور نیازمند: پایداری، تمرین منظم با تکیه بر قدرت کارآمد، شرطی سازی بدنی، تعادل، نوآوری، انعطاف پذیری، کنترل، دقت، آگاهی محیطی و نگاهی نو به کاربرد رایج اشیا است.

حرکات پارکور اصولاً در برگیرنده ی: دویدن، پرش، جهش، بالا رفتن از موانع، حفظ تعادل و حرکت به صورت چهار دست و پا می باشد. حرکات ورزش های دیگر نیز در پارکور دارای جایگاه می باشند، اما حرکات آکروباتیک و ترفندهای رایج به تنهایی پارکور را شکل نمی دهند.

محور تمرینات  پارکور: ایمنی، طول عمر، مسئولیت پذیری و پیشبرد فردی می باشد. پارکور افراد را از رفتارهای بدون ملاحظه، خودنمایی و کارهای پرخطری که مایه ی جلب توجه دیگران می شود، باز می دارد.

پارکور کارها برای این موارد ارزش قائل هستند: جامعه، فروتنی، همکاری مثبت، در اختیار گذاشتن اطلاعات و تجربیات خود با دیگران، اهمیت ورزش در زندگی آدمی و احترام به همه ی مردم، مکان ها و فضاهای گوناگون.

Το παρκούρ είναι η φυσική μέθοδος προπόνησης με σκοπό την αποτελεσματική υπερπήδηση οποιουδήποτε εμποδίου το οποίο βρίσκεται στην διαδρομή ενός ατόμου. Αυτό επιτυγχάνεται με την προσαρμογή του ατόμου στο περιβάλλον στο οποίο βρίσκεται.

Το παρκούρ απαιτεί… προπόνηση με συνέπεια και πειθαρχεία, και με έμφαση στην λειτουργική δύναμη, στην καλή φυσική κατάσταση, στην ισορροπία, στην ευρηματικότητα, στην ροή, στον έλεγχο, στην ακρίβεια, στην αίσθηση του χώρου και στο να βλέπουμε πέρα από την κλασική χρήση των αντικειμένων γύρω μας.

Τυπικοί τρόποι μετακίνησης στο παρκούρ είναι… το τρέξιμο, τα άλματα, τα περάσματα, το σκαρφάλωμα, η ισορροπία και η κίνηση στα τέσσερα άκρα. Το παρκούρ ενσωματώνει συχνά κινήσεις από άλλα αθλήματα και τέχνες, αλλά οι άσκοπες ακροβατικές κινήσεις δεν θεωρούνται κομμάτι του παρκούρ.

Parkour is the natural method of training whose purpose is the efficient overcoming of any obstacle which can be found in the route of a person. This can be achieved with the adaptations of the person in the environment is which he/she is.

Parkour requires… training with consistency and disciple, and with emphasis in functional strength, good physical conditioning, balance, creativity, fluidity, control, precision, spatial awareness, and looking beyond the traditional use of objects around us.

Typical ways of moving in parkour are… running, jumping, vaulting, climbing, balancing, and movement in four limbs. Parkour often embodies movements from other sports and arts, but pointless acrobatics movements are not considered part of parkour.

Parkour training focuses on... safety, longevity, the development of personal responsibility, and self-improvement. It discourages reckless behavior, showing off, and dangerous acrobatics.
