Intro Class - Foundations

No Experience Necessary! Perfect for those interested in learning what parkour is all about. Over 4 weeks you'll learn fundamental parkour techniques to move more efficiently while building strength, speed, stamina, agility and balance in our world class parkour academy.

Head instructor Travis Graves is one of the most experienced and accomplished parkour coaches in the country with over 7 years of coaching experience. 

CLASS SCHEDULE:

First 2 Weeks: Monday, Wednesday from 6:00pm - 7:00pm; Saturday from 1:00pm - 2:00pm

Second 2 Weeks: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00pm - 8:00pm OR

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 7:00pm - 8:00pm

COST:

$90 for the 4-week introduction that includes 12 classes

Beginners

These classes will continue your training as you advance in landing, rolling, jumping, running, crawling, climbing, vaulting. We prepare you fully to move on to our level one training which involves climbing up walls up to 10' tall, swinging from bar to bar, and even flips should you choose our freerunning classes. Our Intro to Parkour course is a prerequisite for this class. 

Beginner classes are for adults from 15 - 105 years old and you can choose between two class schedules.

ADULT BEGINNERS CLASS SCHEDULE

Class 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Class 2 meets Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:00pm - 8:00pm

COST:

- $120/month for 3 classes/week plus unlimited Open Gyms

- $60/month for 1 class/week plus unlimited Open Gyms

- You can cancel at any time with no fees, no questions, no hoops to jump through

- We offer a 25% discount for all military, law enforcement and rescue personnel, including veterans

Advanced

Our advanced classes focus on linking moves together, advanced conditioning, creativity, and "flow" - that mystical quality where power and grace create beautiful natrual movement over any obstacle.

Our advanced classes are for students who have completed Levels 1 and 2 of our curriculum.

ADULT ADVANCED CLASS SCHEDULE

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 8:00pm - 9:00pm

Thursday from 8:00pm - 9:30pm

COST:

Kids

The Kid's Parkour Program provides a directed outlet for all the energy and exuberance of children. Parkour is based in the natural workout of the animal kingdom- play, and kids are the very best at it! Through games and challenges, kids learn to control their movement and their focus, bodies and minds.  By instilling a lifelong love of movement and healthy exercise habits, kid's parkour is an investment in a young person's future.  For future Ninja Warriors or kids who want something a little different than what traditional team sports or martial arts have to offer, Kid's Parkour at APK Academy is the way to go!

Our kid's classes are appropriate for most kids ages 6 to 12.

We offer five different kids classes.

KIDS CLASS SCHEDULE

Homeschooler classe meetins on Monday and Thursday from 3:00pm - 4:00pm

Class 1 meets Monday and Wednesday from 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Class 2 meets Monday and Wednesday from 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Class 3 meets Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Class 4 meets Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Parkour Conditioning Class

This is a low impact class designed to increase your overall strength, endurance, balance and agility through the fundamental movements of parkour. It's perfect for those that want to find a new and fun way to get into incredible shape via parkour basics. It's also designed for those parkour practitioners that want to increase their stamina so they can practice harder, longer and faster.

PARKOUR CONDITIONING CLASS SCHEDULE

Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00pm-7:00pm.

Saturday "Open Parkour"

On Saturdays we expand the class to two hours, this is a great chance for beginners to see what it's all about. The cost is $20 for a thorough introduction (by appointment only). Drops ins for experienced practitioners are also $20, and anyone on our monthly programs can attend Saturdays as part of their package.

For beginners, we take you through an abbreviated introduction, starting with what parkour is and how to train effectively and safely. You learn fundamental movements of landing, rolling, jumping, crawling,  and vaulting. We prepare you fully to move on to our beginner training which is a thorough introduction to all the foundation movements of Parkour.

For the second hour, we build an obstacle course, each student gets plenty of practice time on the course and can run the course timed as well.

Saturday classes are limited, register early to secure your space!

Personal Training

Personal training sessions are ideal for those who want to get the most individualized experience out of their training and also for people who have a specific and focused goal or set of goals. These sessions are the most effective way to progress in your ability and understanding! Taught by lead trainer and program director of APK Academy Travis Graves, one of the best and most experienced trainers in the country. Travis is a certified trainer in Parkour and MovNat and a 2-time alum of American Ninja Warrior, so whether your goals lie in Parkour and Freerunning, Natural Movement, Ninja Warrior, or the next Tough Mudder obstacle race, the personal training package is the way to go!

Personal Training is available in the following times:

Monday through Friday at 12pm, 3pm, 5pm. Monday and Wednesday at 6pm. Other appointments may be made.

Sessions start at just $80 per hour, with discounts for 8, 16, and 24 week packages.
