APK Warm-Up 3

Landing Practice

Start with some tuck jumps to silent landings. Do a minimum of 50, with as much rest as you need to stay fresh. Try to get a feel for what a perfect landing feels like.

The only difference is how much your legs with have to work to absorb the shock. Add height incrimentally and slowly, starting with just a foot and adding a few inches at a time. Stop when you're making more noise than you were from a tuck jump, or if you feel a jarring impact. Add complexity by sprinting after landing or landing with some forward momentum.

Conclude with a stretch.
