APK Warm-Up 3

Run for 30 minutes. Focus on form.Keep your head and chest up and your arms relaxed. We recommend a fore-foot strike (this video shows a good comparision) think about relaxing your feet and ankles as you pick up your foot from the ground.

Finished with a long stretch, especially targeting the quads, hamstrings and shins.
