APK Warm-Up 3

Parkour circuit training.

Find or arrange a parkour circuit that requires at least 50 meters of jogging between obstacles. Try to find at least one vault, one wall climb, and some rail balance.

Jog from spot to spot and train 3 solid minutes at each spot (don't stop moving for 3 minutes). Do this for a total of 10 minutes, rest, and repeat 2 more times.

Finish up with a stretching session.
