Endurance Challenge
Pistol Walk as many steps as possible.
If pistols aren't possible, spend 20 minutes working up to a pistol. Hold on to a wall, door handle, broomstick, or pole to assist.
Then, Lunge Walk as many steps as possible.
Conclude with stretching, especially for the hamstrings and quads.
