APK Warm-Up 3

10 minutes of Quadrupedal Movement. Spend 10 minutes on your hands and feet, moving around and discovering different methods and types. Vary the pace and the technique.

10 minutes of foot placement/ precision drills. Focus on light landings and precice accuracy in footfalls. Jump to a curb, tree root, or railing and try to keep balanced. Go for a run and try to balance on the curb (careful of traffic!), be creative.

10 Minutes of hanging, shimmying, swinging, monkey-ing around on tree branches, playground equipment, walls, railings. Try to use your arms as much as possible to hang and swing around.

Conclude with a stretch.
