Power Generation While Fatigued

First, mark a line on the ground to jump from. Jump 3 times as far out as possible (broad jump). Mark the farthest jump.

5 rounds with 1 minute of rest between rounds:

Run 400 meters

Perform 10 Tuck Jumps

Immediately try to get as close to your marked maximum broad jump in 3 consecutive jumps (no rest).

Conclude with a long stretch.
