APK WOD 11-14-13

APK Warm-Up

Stair climb conditioning.

Find a set of stairs at least 35 steps tall.

Sprint to the top (or 50 steps, whichever comes first).

Walk to the bottom and do 15 Push-Ups.

Repeat, but do 2 fewer Push-Ups each turn.

Rest 5 Minutes

Do two-foot jumps to the top (or 50 stairs), skipping as many steps as possible

Walk to the bottom

Repeat 4 more times.

Finish with a stretch.
